Why buy from a salesman when you could buy from the Kraftsman

We were very selective and did our homework in searching for a team to handle our kitchen remodel and after receiving proposals from several contractors we were glad we choose the Kitchen Kraftsman as we had a really positive experience working with them. Apryl was very welcoming, patient, and informative in providing us several options in terms of design and materials. They were never pushy and answered many detailed questions we had even before we agreed to begin working with them. Their showroom allows you to get a feel of the products and examples of cabinet features. They outlined the entire process and referred us to working with their preferred general contractor Eddie and the EAG Contracting team. Eddie was outstanding in terms of communication, which is something we’re always weary about with contractors. Our remodel included the removal of two load bearing walls and integrating our living and dining room as part of a more open concept. Not a problem for EAG and the Kitchen Kraftsmen. Their sub-contractors also did an excellent job. Our big project was completed within the timeframe agreed upon and on budget. Jim and his team were there afterwards to make sure all of the finishings were right We would highly recommend the services of Kitchen Kraftsman to others.

We just completed our kitchen with Kitchen Kraftsman in June 2022 and they did a professional, quality job. APRYL helped us design the kitchen layout, pick beautiful cabinets, and recommended a great contractor Eddie with EAG contracting to do the painting, demo kitchen, install backsplash, install floor, lighting, etc. JIMMY installed cabinets and once the cabinets were installed we checked each one and asked for ways to make sure they dont hit walls and they fixed that right away. One drawer was not closing well so they fixed that too. So we would recommend them. Kitchen Kraftsman was always patient and detailed about costs. They also recommended a great appliance store Appliance Brokers which we used.

I called The Kitchen Kraftsman to get an estimate on my kitchen renovation. I was helped by April and to my surprise she sent Jimmy the owner out within a few hours to take measurements.Later that day I received a phone call from April who gave me a very fair price .
